SHIPPING
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days from Cheshire, UK.
Single pair orders: £2.99 via Royal Mail.
Orders of 2+ pairs: Free UK shipping via Royal Mail.
Most orders arrive within 2–4 working days. We don't offer tracked shipping as standard, but if you need tracking, email us before ordering and we'll sort it.
We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon.
RETURNS — THE GORILLA GUARANTEE
We want you to be completely happy with your Gorilla Sox. If you're not, here's how it works:
You have 30 days from delivery to return your socks for a full refund. Socks must be unworn and in original packaging. If they arrive damaged or faulty, we'll replace them immediately — no need to return the faulty pair.
To start a return, email jack@gorillasox.co.uk or DM us on Instagram @gorillasox with your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
EXCHANGES
We don't offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your socks arrive damaged or develop a fault within 30 days, email jack@gorillasox.co.uk or DM us on Instagram @gorillasox with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement pair immediately at no cost to you. No need to return the faulty pair.
