These terms govern your use of gorillasox.co.uk and any purchases made through the site. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

ORDERS

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

PAYMENT

Payment is taken at the time of purchase via Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery is 2–4 working days within the UK via Royal Mail. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in original packaging for a full refund. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. This does not constitute grounds for a return.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Gorilla Sox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on gorillasox.co.uk including images, text, logos, and branding is the property of Gorilla Sox and may not be reproduced without written permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
